Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Hours: Start between 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM | End between 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Overtime: Occasional Saturday and Sunday work may be required based on workload

A well-established machine shop in Winchester is seeking an experienced TIG and MIG Welder to join their production team. This is a great opportunity for a skilled welder who takes pride in precision work, strong weld quality, and being part of a dependable manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality TIG and MIG welding on a variety of materials
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Fit, align, and assemble metal components prior to welding
- Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
- Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper setup before use
- Follow all shop safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a TIG and/or MIG Welder
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work in a fast-paced machine shop environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Welding certification is a plus but not required (experience preferred)
