Job Title: Account Specialist
Location: Issaquah, Washington, Onsite

Position Purpose
The Account Specialist supports the Account Manager in providing comprehensive sales and administrative support. This role is essential in coordinating customer and client services, managing sales programs, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Customer Support
- Provide exceptional customer service for domestic and international
- Assist with Costco and vendor sales
- Handle sales-related inquiries via phone and
- Support the executive team and CEO/President with sales tasks as
2. Administrative and Office Operations
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office
- Assist with shipment coordination and order
- Maintain and update electronic and paper filing
- Cross-train staff on customer sales procedures and office
3. Record Keeping and Reporting
- Implement and maintain Executive Sales Team
- Ensure accurate record retention and file
- Assist with tracking purchases and company transactions in accordance with accounting systems.
4. Marketing and Account Management
- Support the preparation of marketing
- Assist in scheduling demonstrations and vendor
- Help generate new and repeat sales by providing timely product and technical
- Reconcile commissions, prepare accrual tracking reports, and manage accounts
5. Office Efficiency and Event Support
- Plan and implement office systems to enhance
- Maintain and replenish inventory of samples and
- Assist with meeting preparations and company events as

Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience in account management, customer service, or sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Strong organizational and multitasking
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to maintain high accuracy in data entry and record
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Costco’s programs and sales
- Experience with CRM software or sales order
- Previous experience in a similar role within the retail or wholesale
- Ability to train and coach team
