Job Full Description
Leading international manufacturer of intercom and security communication products is actively hiring for a passionate, dedicated and detail oriented Customer Service representative to join their team! The corporation's mission is to provide the most reliable and respected brand of security communication systems in the market.
Essential Functions:
- Heavy data and Order Entry
- Processing customer orders in to the system
- Understanding and communicating product features, installation, programming, and troubleshooting methods to customers
- Creating tickets
- General PC use for support ticket creation, email, and product research
- Answering approximately 20-30 support phone calls per day, addressing a variety of questions from features & functions, programming, and troubleshooting
- Working with others in the office, as well as with customers on the phone.
Qualifications:
- Basic PC and networking knowledge
- Strong data entry skills
- Aptitude for learning and retaining detailed technical information
- Self-motivated and willing to learn new concepts
- A strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Critical thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving skills are vital
- English proficiency, spoken and written
- Speaking on the phone for the majority of the day to people with wide range of knowledge and experience
