Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
Contract to Hire
Location: Snoqualmie, WA
Pay: $21ph
Key Responsibilities
-
Operate sandblasting equipment to clean, smooth, or prepare surfaces for painting, coating, or assembly
-
Inspect and prepare workpieces to ensure proper surface treatment

Follow safety protocols, including use of protective gear and adherence to company standards

Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and reporting issues
-
Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards

Handle materials safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures
Qualifications

Ability to read and follow instructions, including safety guidelines and work orders

Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift

Attention to detail to ensure quality finishes

Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE
