Job Title: Temporary Office Coordinator (4–6 Week Assignment, could go longer if needed)
Location: Bellevue, WA
Pay Rate: $24–$26/hour
Duration: 4–6 weeks (temporary coverage until a permanent hire is made)
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Coordinator to support daily front desk and administrative operations in a fast-paced environment. This is a short-term assignment requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the front desk point of contact, greeting visitors and managing office access for meetings
- Answer and route incoming calls using a large internal directory
- Monitor and respond to general email inquiries
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including creating shipments in internal systems
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages across a large distribution list
- Prepare and process outgoing mail, including handling a high volume of weekly check mailings
- Maintain and restock office kitchens twice daily (morning and afternoon); some light lifting required
- Provide general administrative and office support as needed
Qualifications
- Previous front desk, administrative, or office coordination experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal systems quickly
- Reliable and punctual with a proactive approach to work
