Position: Process Machine Operator III
Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Location: Bothell
Pay: $25.25 - $34.09 per hour
Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 9:00PM-5:30AM
Job Details: In this position, you’ll be responsible for running advanced machinery or systems with minimal oversight, using your skills to make precise adjustments and maintain optimal performance. You'll help plan work sequences, support fellow team members, and contribute to quality control by inspecting and testing finished items. A thorough understanding of each stage of the process is important, and you'll have the chance to rotate across different tasks to keep your day engaging. The role is active and hands-on, often involving moderate to heavy materials and regular movement throughout your shift. Responsibilities:
- Utilize DBR, Oracle, and Excel Data bar to determine schedule and jobs to be processed.
- Run dispatch list, understand and decipher all part numbers.
- Follow work instructions, drawings, established quality standards, and established safety protocols.
- Ensure proper program, dies, jigs, or molds are loaded to meet machines capacity and DBR schedule.
- Inspect each subcomponent for proper materials, dimensions, and finishes to meet quality standards.
- Coordinate delivery to ensure production schedule is met.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with operating manufacturing equipment
- Run Excel data bar and read spreadsheet
- Strong communication, reading, math, and computer skills
- Ability to use job specific tools such as thickness or radius gauges
- Ability to use electronic scale
