Schedule: 20-25 hours per week (flexible within business hours)
Job Details
This part-time, onsite Recruiter role supports the hiring process by assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination. This is an opportunity ideal for someone who is highly organized, dependable, and eager to learn the recruiting process. While prior recruiting or HR experience is a plus, it is not required — we are primarily looking for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive, proactive attitude.
Responsibilities

Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for open positions

Post job ads and manage applicant flow through various platforms

Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers

Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and documentation

Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process

Support onboarding tasks and pre-employment requirements as needed

Provide general administrative support related to recruiting and hiring

Complete additional projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications / Requirements

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal skills

Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance

Comfortable working in an in-office environment

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

Prefer experience in recruiting processes and systems

Proficiency with basic computer programs (email, calendars, job boards, databases)

Previous experience in HR, or administrative experience is a plus!
