Position: Precision Assembler - Precious Metal Components

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-3:30PM
Job Details
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler responsible for accurately assembling components to meet quality standards for the final product. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent manual dexterity, and the ability to read and follow detailed instructions. The successful candidate will use hand tools (such as hammers, pliers, and screwdrivers) and machinery (including drill presses and sanders) to complete assemblies, including high-precision components plated with precious metals like gold. A high level of attention to detail is essential, as these assemblies involve specialized, high-value components.
Responsibilities

Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures

Use precision measurement equipment to ensure proper fit of components

Align materials and assemble parts to build more complex units

Perform detailed inspection of assemblies, including high-value plated components

Check output to ensure quality standards are consistently met

Maintain equipment (hand tools and inspection instruments)

Keep accurate records of production quantities and time
Qualifications / Requirements

MUST have experience assembling materials plated with precious metals (such as gold)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to use a computer

Technical knowledge and ability to read blueprints and drawings

Ability to use hand tools and machinery

Understanding of quality control standards

Drug screening and background check required
