Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7AM-3:30PM

We're currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Retail Associate to join a busy team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting with retail and warehouse-related duties, including palletizing products and handling materials throughout the day. The ideal candidate enjoys staying active, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Ability to lift and palletize products weighing up to 45 lbs throughout the workday
- Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed
- Previous retail, warehouse, or general labor experience is helpful but not required
- Must be able to follow workplace safety procedures
Physical Demands:
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Regular lifting and moving of products weighing up to 45 lbs
- Repetitive use of hands and arms for handling, stacking, and palletizing materials
- Fast-paced work environment requiring consistent physical activity
- This position requires successful completion of a background screening after a conditional offer of employment, in accordance with Washington State law
