Manufacturing Laborer – Entry-Level Opportunity with Room to Grow
📍 Location: Moses Lake, WA
💰 Pay: $18.88/hour
🕒 Schedule: Must be flexible to workday, swing, and graveyard shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

Set up machines and perform routine quality checks to ensure product standards.

Assist in the manufacturing process of corrugated sheets.

Lift and move materials weighing 50+ lbs consistently throughout your shift.

Monitor equipment for issues and adjust machinery as needed.

Sort, load, unload, and stack materials and finished products.

Maintain accurate production records and follow supervisor instructions.

Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals.
🧠 What You Bring:

Ability to communicate clearly in English for safety and operational purposes.

Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Willingness to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Previous manufacturing or labor experience preferred but not required.

Must pass a drug screening and background check.
