Job Full Description
Seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and financial performance of residential/commercial properties for a client. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and committed to providing exceptional service to tenants and property owners.
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay: $23–$30 per hour (DOE)
Location: Moses Lake, WA
Key Responsibilities:
Property Maintenance & Upkeep
- Coordinate maintenance and repair work with contractors and vendors
- Conduct routine property inspections and address cleanliness or safety issues
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and ensure property safety standards are met
Financial Management
- Collect rent and manage delinquent accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with budgeting
Legal & Administrative Duties
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing laws and regulations
- Manage tenant leases, applications, and other property-related documentation
- Oversee insurance policies and implement risk management strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional support to tenants and clients to promote satisfaction and retention
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with tenants, owners, and vendors
- Organizational & Administrative Skills: Ability to manage multiple properties, contracts, and administrative tasks efficiently
- Problem-Solving: Capable of resolving tenant issues and mediating disputes effectively
- Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations
