Job Full Description
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Carpenter to join our construction team in the Columbia Basin area. The ideal candidate has hands-on carpentry experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a crew.
Pay Range - $18.00-$20.00 per hour DOE
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general carpentry duties including framing, installation, and repairs
- Assist with jobsite setup, cleanup, and material handling
- Measure, cut, and shape materials using basic and advanced tools
- Read and follow blueprints or project plans when required
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects on time
Qualifications
- Previous experience in carpentry or construction preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Familiarity with power tools and measuring equipment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required for all projects)
