We are looking for a skilled and reliable Painter to join our construction team in the Columbia Basin area. This role involves interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, and general jobsite support. Pay Rage: $18.00-$20.00 per hour DOE
Key Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior painting for residential and/or commercial projects
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming
- Apply paint, stain, or coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Follow project plans and colors specifications
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Assist with setup, cleanup, material handling on job sites
- Ensure work adheres to safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- Prior painting or construction experience preferred
- Ability to work at various heights and lift 50+ lbs
- Knowledge of surface prep, paint products and application techniques
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in different weather conditions
