Maintenance Technician (Temp‑to‑Hire)
Location: Moses Lake & Surrounding Area
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support preventive maintenance and repair efforts in an industrial environment. This temp‑to‑hire opportunity is ideal for someone with strong mechanical skills, welding experience, and basic electrical troubleshooting abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on conveyors and equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Complete welding and minor fabrication as needed
- Inspect equipment and document maintenance work
Qualifications:
- Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude with basic electrical skills
- Heavy-duty welding experience
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs
