Join a hardworking agricultural team supporting hay and harvest operations.
This role involves operating baling equipment, assisting with field work, and performing basic equipment maintenance. Ideal candidates enjoy outdoor work, have a strong work ethic, and are safety focused.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate tractors, balers, stackers, loaders, and delivery trucks safely and efficiently
- Perform hay baling, stacking, loading, and transport
- Conduct daily equipment checks (oil, fuel, inspections)
- Perform basic maintenance including greasing, cleaning, and minor repairs
- Monitor equipment performance and report issues to supervisors
- Lift 50–75 lbs regularly (more with assistance)
- Assist with general farm labor as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous farm, equipment operation, or mechanical experience preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
- Ability to work long hours outdoors in heat, dust, and changing weather
- Strong reliability, attendance, and work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
