Location: Moses Lake, WA
Pay: Starting at $20/hr.

Key Responsibilities:
We are is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Technician to join our team in Moses Lake, Washington. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our visitors and staff. The ideal candidate will take pride in providing exceptional cleaning and sanitation services while supporting our mission of delivering high-quality customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, hallways, main areas, and other assigned spaces.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces according to established infection prevention standards.
- Empty trash and containers following policies and procedures.
- Replenish supplies including soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, and hand sanitizer stations.
- Clean and maintain floors using appropriate equipment and cleaning products.
- Respond promptly to spills, emergencies, and environmental service requests.
- Follow all safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks, including bending, standing, walking, and reaching.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check
Preferred:
- Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or environmental services experience.
