We are seeking an Administrative Assistant/Clerical professional to support Leadership and daily office operations in Quincy, Washington

Responsibilities

• Data entry & record keeping
• Answer phones/emails & manage scheduling
• Organize and maintain files
• Customer service and general office support
• Assist with supplies, vendors, and special projects

Qualifications

• Admin/clerical experience of one to two years required 
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Proficient with computers & Microsoft Office
• Detail‑oriented and able to multitask
