Job Full Description
We are seeking a dependable and safety-minded individual with previous CDL driving experience. This position requires experience driving manual transmission trucks and pulling doubles. This is an ag-exempt, short-haul driving position that also includes front-end loader operation, loading and unloading materials, and general labor duties as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate trucks and equipment in compliance with company safety standards.
- Load, unload, and transport agricultural products and materials.
- Operate front end loaders and other farm equipment.
- Perform vehicle and equipment inspections.
- Assist with yard maintenance and general labor duties.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to support daily operations.
Requirements:

- Valid driver's license required.
- Previous CDL experience required (must have held a CDL in the past).
- Knowledge of CDL regulations and safe driving practices.
- Experience driving manual transmission trucks required.
- Experience pulling doubles required.
- Front-end loader experience required.
- Agricultural experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to workplace safety.
