Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Framer to join our team for a long-term construction project. The ideal candidate will have extensive framing experience, be able to work independently, and take pride in producing quality work while maintaining a safe job site.
Pay: DOE (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with some weekend work as needed
Duration: Project expected to last a minimum of 3 months
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and/or commercial framing work
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other building materials
- Ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Extensive framing experience required
- Must have your own framing tools
- Ability to lift, carry, and move construction materials
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed
- Experience reading blueprints preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
