Coatings Operator Technician
We're seeking a detail-oriented Coatings Operator Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for processing parts using various coating techniques while maintaining the highest quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Process parts using mechanical, chemical, and CO2 cleaning techniques
- Perform coating applications through manual and automated methods
- Conduct quality inspections using specialized equipment
- Maintain coating department equipment and infrastructure
- Document work processes and collect critical manufacturing data
- Work collaboratively with senior technicians
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols
- Experience with chemical and mechanical processing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Proficiency in using measurement tools (calipers, magnifiers, etc.)
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage
Working Environment
This position requires working in a manufacturing environment and may involve wearing protective equipment, company uniforms, and/or cleanroom attire.
