About the Role

We're a Vancouver, WA based staffing agency that connects top talent with growing companies. We're seeking a driven Account Manager to serve as the critical link between candidates and clients, driving successful placements while building lasting relationships. This role combines talent acquisition, client development, and strategic matching - perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex hiring challenges.

 

What You'll Do

Candidate Management:

  • Source, recruit, and screen qualified candidates through multiple channels
  • Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments
  • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline
  • Guide candidates through the entire placement process

Client Development:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with hiring companies
  • Understand client needs, culture, and specific job requirements
  • Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed recommendations
  • Negotiate terms and facilitate successful placements

Strategic Matching:

  • Analyze job requirements and candidate qualifications to create optimal matches
  • Provide market insights and salary guidance to both candidates and clients
  • Follow up post-placement to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Track placement metrics and continuously improve matching success rates

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

  • 3-5 years of recruiting, human resources, and/or sales experience
  • Proven track record of successful candidate placements and/or client acquisition
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities for complex matching challenges
  • Self-starter who takes initiative in candidate sourcing and client development
  • Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills
