Account Manager
About the Role
We're a Vancouver, WA based staffing agency that connects top talent with growing companies. We're seeking a driven Account Manager to serve as the critical link between candidates and clients, driving successful placements while building lasting relationships. This role combines talent acquisition, client development, and strategic matching - perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex hiring challenges.
What You'll Do
Candidate Management:
- Source, recruit, and screen qualified candidates through multiple channels
- Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline
- Guide candidates through the entire placement process
Client Development:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with hiring companies
- Understand client needs, culture, and specific job requirements
- Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed recommendations
- Negotiate terms and facilitate successful placements
Strategic Matching:
- Analyze job requirements and candidate qualifications to create optimal matches
- Provide market insights and salary guidance to both candidates and clients
- Follow up post-placement to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Track placement metrics and continuously improve matching success rates
What We're Looking For
Required Experience:
- 3-5 years of recruiting, human resources, and/or sales experience
- Proven track record of successful candidate placements and/or client acquisition
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Essential Skills:
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities for complex matching challenges
- Self-starter who takes initiative in candidate sourcing and client development
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills
