Job Title: Property Management & Leasing Specialist (Temporary/Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Vancouver, WA
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Type: Temporary with potential for Temp-to-Hire
About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Property Management & Leasing Specialist to manage operations for two small residential properties in Vancouver, WA. Each property consists of 20-30 units. This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours and lease apartments to prospective tenants
- Process rental applications and conduct tenant screenings
- Handle lease agreements and renewals
- Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Coordinate maintenance requests and work orders
- Perform basic property management duties including rent collection and record keeping
- Ensure properties are well-maintained and meet company standards
- Maintain accurate tenant files and documentation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in leasing or property management required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Reliable and organized with attention to detail
- Proficient in basic computer applications
