Flexible Schedule Options
These are all in person, onsite roles.
- Schedule 1: 5:00am - 1:30pm
- Schedule 2: 5:30am - 2:00pm
- Schedule 3: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Overtime opportunities available including evenings and weekends
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience:
- 1-3 years customer service experience (Non-negotiable excellence)
- 1+ years call center experience (You know how to handle volume)
- 1+ years live chat platform experience (Digital communication pro)
Technical Superpowers:
- Headset proficiency (Your audio lifeline)
- ERP/SAP familiarity (System navigation ninja)
- 60+ WPM typing speed (Speed meets accuracy)
- Social media savvy (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter expertise)
