Job Title: Production/Repack Department
Location: Vancouver, WA
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: 5:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 3 days on / 3 days off, then 4 days on / 4 days off (rotating schedule)
About the Role
We're looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join a manufacturing team on the Repack side of operations. This role combines production floor sanitation, equipment cleaning, and hands-on packaging/palletizing work. It's a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing company through a temp-to-hire pathway, with strong overtime earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean production machines
- Empty drain baskets
- Take trash to designated trash areas
- Keep production floors clean; wash floors as needed
- Remove broken pallets and take them outside
- Foam drains as needed (training provided)
- Palletize product
- Work on the packaging line
Requirements & Expectations
- Ability to stand for the entire shift
- Comfortable working in a cold environment
- Ability to lift 35–50 pounds
- Non-slip shoes required (floors can become very wet)
- Reliable attendance and ability to work a rotating schedule (3-on/3-off, 4-on/4-off)
