Precision Cleaning – Clean Room – Entry-Level
Washougal, WA
- $18/hour to start, ($1–2 raise after hire)
- Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
- Overtime available: up to 5 hours/week (M–F only, 1 hour before or after shift; no weekend OT) — expect more OT heading into Q4

We're looking for entry-level candidates to join our 8-person crew in a temp-to-hire role. No experience necessary — full training is provided, including a month of training on vision-related inspection work. This is a great fit for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with small, delicate parts in a clean room environment.
Responsibilities
- Clean room work: precision cleaning and packaging of small aerospace parts
- Careful, delicate handling of parts during cleaning and packaging
- Documenting progress with before/after photos on a tablet (training provided — no prior experience needed)
- Confirming quantities match the purchase order (no computer data entry required)
- Cross-training opportunity in shipping
- Following established formats/procedures for each job
- Other miscellaneous duties as needed
Clean Room Requirements
- No nails, no makeup, no perfume
- Glasses may be worn on the floor
- Reliable attendance is essential — the last two weeks of the month are the busiest
