Job Posting: Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Vancouver, WA
Pay: $30.00-32.00 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair, install, adjust manufacturing equipment such as Printing presses, converting machines, slitters, and inno-lock machines
- Must provide your own tools and be able to operate forklift, chain hoist, and welding equipment
- Conduct preventative maintenance & record repairs and maintenance performed
- Record part and materials used, and place requisition for new parts and materials as necessary
- Analyze test results, machine error messages and information obtained from operators in order to diagnose equipment problems
- Repair manufacturing equipment in all facets, provide operational up time
- Cut & weld metal to repair broken metal parts, fabricate new parts, and assemble new equipment
- Study blueprints & MFG manuals to determine correct installation and operation of machinery
- Enter codes and instructions to program computer controlled machinery
Qualifications:
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- PLC Troubleshooting
- Basic hydraulics
- Basic industrial writing including power circuits and control circuits
- Basic pneumatics
- LOTO authorization
