Inventory Specialist
We are hiring an Inventory Specialist to support warehouse and supply chain operations for a growing company in the fresh produce solutions industry. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring materials are available for production and distribution.

Key Responsibilities
- Track inventory movements including receipts, transfers, and shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or warehouse management systems
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure materials are available when needed
- Perform cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory audits
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Generate inventory reports and support continuous improvement efforts
- Assist with compliance, documentation, and internal inventory controls
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of inventory control, warehouse, or supply chain experience
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze inventory data and solve problems
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Lean inventory practices or Just-In-Time (JIT) systems
- Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment
- Familiarity with inventory processes in manufacturing or distribution environments
