Shipping Lead | Day Shift | Yakima, WA / Lower Valley

What You’ll Do
- Lead daily shipping operations, including scheduling, documentation, and carrier coordination to ensure orders are on time and complete
- Coordinate receiving activities, verify inbound documentation, and ensure materials are processed efficiently
- Ensure all shipments meet company policies, customer requirements, and safety/regulatory standards (DOT, OSHA, etc.)
- Partner with logistics providers to secure cost-effective, reliable transportation and monitor on-time delivery performance
- Maintain accurate ERP/TMS records, labeling, cycle counts, and documentation
- Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, customer service, and carriers to ensure smooth supply chain operations
What You Bring
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of experience in shipping, warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or similar roles
- Experience leading or coordinating teams preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain one is a plus
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with domestic and international shipping processes
- Knowledge of freight rating, routing, and carrier management
- Proficiency in ERP/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) and Microsoft Office
Schedule & Location
- Day shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm)
- Yakima, WA / Lower Valley – On-site
