Administrative Assistant / Receptionist – Lower Valley (Part-Time, Long Term Temporary)
Location: On-site | Lower Valley
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM - Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Duration: Immediate start through August
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and friendly Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to work on assignment with one of our valued clients in the Lower Valley area. This part-time, temporary role supports day-to-day office operations and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and maintaining an organized front office.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
- Greet and assist customers and visitors (internal and external)
- Open, sort, and distribute mail
- Perform basic filing and document organization
- Provide general administrative and receptionist support as needed
Qualifications
- Prior administrative or receptionist experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable and punctual
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
