Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated General Laborer to join our HVAC team. In this role, you will assist our technicians and installers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Transporting materials, tools, and equipment to job sites
- Assisting with the installation and removal of HVAC equipment
- Cleaning work areas and ensuring tools are properly stored
- Performing basic tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials
- Following safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role preferred
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in construction or HVAC
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Punctuality and reliability
