Job Full Description
Shop & Yard Workers Needed – Full-Time with Overtime! | Up to $18/Hour
A leading oil and gas company in Morgantown is hiring Shop/Yard Workers to join their growing team! This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with plenty of overtime available and pay up to $18 per hour, based on experience. Training and a mentorship program are provided!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist forklift drivers with loading and unloading trucks.
- Handle and organize industrial pipe in the yard.
- Use hand and power tools to place boards and tubing between pipe layers.
- Insert thread protectors and apply pipe dope.
- Operate forklifts (if qualified) and overhead cranes as needed.
- Inspect, clean, and repair equipment.
- Pressure wash and paint equipment.
- Perform high- and low-pressure testing on equipment.
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with hand and power tools.
- Ability to work on-call, evenings, and weekends when required.
- Must pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
