Job Details
Location: Shell Lake, WI (must be within commutable distance)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
Pay: $19.00-$21.00/hr based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Need to be flexible and able to work with a team
· Keep work cells organized and clean
· Continuously advocate for the company’s culture and core values
· Provide assembly support through tasks like cutting, folding, and stapling boxes
· Maintaining tools and equipment
· Work on assembly, order fulfillment, boxing and shipping
Skills Requirements:
· Able to read tape measures
· Operate tools such as: Rivet guns, presses, sanders, clamps, fixtures, blades, rotary cutters
· Strong written and verbal communication
· Solid Hand-Eye coordination
· Basic math, reading, counting, and writing.
Physical Requirements:
· Able to stand on feet for 8 hours a day
· Able to move quickly
· Able to occasionally lift 50lbs
· Can bend, kneel, stretch and crouch
· Can move carts and pallet jacks
