About the Role:

A growing manufacturing company in the Shell Lake area is seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to take ownership of facility and equipment maintenance. This hands-on role is ideal for someone experienced in electrical systems, HVAC troubleshooting, and mechanical repair — someone who can spot issues before they become problems and keep operations running efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues
• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to reduce downtime
• Maintain accurate repair records and maintenance logs
• Support safety standards and facility organization

What You Bring:

• Strong electrical diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with commercial HVAC systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or schematics
• General mechanical aptitude and repair experience
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in varied environments (hot, cold, elevated spaces)
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus
