Executive & Personal Assistant to Founder & CEO
Location: Rice Lake, WI Area (Hybrid | Relocation Welcome)
Compensation: $70,000–$85,000 + Relocation Support
Type: Full-time (or 25–30 hrs./week for a semi-retired candidate)
About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly capable, experienced Executive & Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a successful, values-driven business based near Rice Lake, WI. This is not your typical assistant role — it requires strategic thinking, discretion, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
The position is hybrid, with a preference for someone who can be on-site 3–4 days per week. For the right candidate, we can support relocation, including temporary housing to help you transition smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage calendars, communications, logistics, and top priorities
- Prepare for and participate in meetings, ensuring clear follow-up
- Plan and coordinate travel (business and personal), including international and luxury itineraries
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Handle personal errands, appointments, and occasional family logistics
- Develop systems that streamline decision-making and communication
- Anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and take initiative
- Serve as a professional representative of the CEO with clients, vendors, and staff
