Forklift Operator – Warehouse | Full-Time 2nd Shift
Express Employment Professionals is urgently hiring a Forklift Operator for a fast-paced company in Menomonie, WI!
This is a great opportunity for an experienced forklift operator or warehouse associate looking for competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and a consistent 4-day work week.
Location: Menomonie, WI
Pay: $19/hr
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Overtime: Opportunities available
Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload trucks
- Move products and materials throughout the facility
- Pull and prepare orders for shipment
- Use scanners and pick sheets accurately
- Fill paint lines with materials and parts
- Label, organize, and bundle customer orders
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and company processes
- Assist with general warehouse and material handling duties
- Support leadership and help keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of forklift experience required
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Reliable transportation required
