Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM

We’re hiring Machine Operators for 2nd shift to join a growing team that builds custom parts and prototypes using cutting-edge tools and materials. No experience? No problem. If you’re reliable, eager to learn, and ready to work, we’ll train you!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Operate and assist with basic machinery and equipment
- Learn to handle materials like silicones, plastics, and resins
- Follow detailed instructions to support mold making and production
- Use basic hand tools and shop equipment (training provided)
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Work closely with a team to meet quality and production goals
What We’re Looking For:
- No prior experience needed — we train from the ground up!
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift
- Basic math or measurement skills are helpful but not required
