Employment Specialist – Eau Claire or Menomonie

Compensation: $45,000 base salary + team commission averaging $7,000–$25,000 annually. Commission is tied to the success of the office (not individual quotas) and is paid every pay period.
What You’ll Do
- Match Great People with Great Work: Recruit, interview, and place top talent across office, light industrial, skilled trades, and professional staffing.
- Drive Business Growth: Pick up the phone — every day. Call local businesses, share the great candidates you’ve met, and set appointments for our Sales Rep.
- Turn Verifications into Opportunities: Every reference check and employment verification is a chance to generate a lead.
- Fuel the Sales Engine: Partner closely with Dom (our Sales Manager) to book qualified appointments — then let him take it across the finish line.
- Deliver Impact: Fill client job orders with urgency, ensuring businesses get the right people when they need them.

Requirements
- High school diploma/GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Comfort with daily phone outreach — 50+ calls per week is the norm.
- Basic computer skills (Word, Outlook; typing 40+ wpm).
