Key Responsibilities:
- Need to be flexible and able to work with a team
- Keep work cells organized and clean
- Continuously advocate for the company’s culture and core values
- Completing assignments from assembly lead such as rail, panel and kit assembly
- Provide assembly support through tasks like cutting, folding, and stapling boxes
- Maintaining tools and equipment
- Work on assembly, order fulfillment, boxing and shipping
Preferred Skills:
- Able to read tape measures
- Operate tools such as: Rivet guns, presses, sanders, clamps, fixtures, blades, rotary cutters
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Solid Hand-Eye coordination
- Basic math, reading, counting, and writing.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand on feet for 8 hours a day
- Able to move quickly
- Able to lift and carry 20+ pounds
- Can bend, kneel, stretch and crouch
- Can move carts and pallet jacks
