Job Summary:
We’re hiring a dependable Mold Changeover Technician for a temporary assignment through December 24, 2025, in Eau Claire, WI. This role is essential to ensuring smooth mold changeovers and minimizing production downtime. If you have experience in manufacturing or mold setups, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare molds and equipment prior to changeovers to reduce downtime
- Install molds and connect plumbing per water diagram specifications
- Monitor production schedules to plan and execute mold changes
- Perform mold component changeovers as needed
- Operate presses when necessary to support production
Requirements:
- Prior experience in mold changeovers, injection molding, or similar manufacturing settings preferred
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams and follow procedures
- Mechanically inclined and safety-conscious
- Able to lift and move equipment as needed
