About the Position:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Janitorial & Maintenance Worker to join our team in Menomonie, WI. This position involves general cleaning duties, light maintenance, snow removal, and seasonal yard work. The ideal candidate will be reliable, self-motivated, and take pride in keeping facilities and grounds clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities:

Perform general janitorial tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and restroom cleaning.

Handle minor maintenance and repair tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, fixing small fixtures, basic tool use).

Remove snow and ice from walkways, entryways, and parking areas as needed.

Maintain grounds during warmer months (mowing, trimming, light landscaping).

Empty trash and recycling bins regularly.

Restock cleaning and maintenance supplies as needed.

Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and safe.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in janitorial, maintenance, or groundskeeping work preferred.

Basic knowledge of hand tools and maintenance equipment.

Ability to perform physical labor and work in varying weather conditions.

Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required.

Must be able to work independently and follow instructions.
Schedule:
7:30AM-4:00PM Monday through Friday
Occasional weekends for snow removal
