Job Title: All-Fill Packaging Associate (1st Shift) – Temp (2–3 Weeks) with Possible Temp to Hire
Shift:
1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime may be required based on production needs.
Pay Rate:
$17.00 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking 3–4 reliable All-Fill Packaging Associates to support short-term production needs at a client facility in Cedar Falls. This is a temporary position expected to last 2–3 weeks, with the possibility of temp-to-hire for dependable and high-performing team members.
Work Environment:
This role does not require a respirator; however, the environment is dusty. N95 masks are provided to all team members.
Key Responsibilities:

Hold containers under the filling machine to fill with powdered product

Weigh filled containers to ensure they meet batch record specifications

Clean containers and apply labels

Assist with boxing and labeling finished product

Help disassemble and clean machine parts after production runs

Support end-of-day cleaning of the production room

Assist with production documentation and recordkeeping
Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow batch records

Comfort working in a dusty production environment

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Willingness to assist with cleaning and documentation as needed
