Urgently Hiring – Production Associates (1st & 2nd Shift)
Location: Menomonie, WI
Shift & Pay
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM–1:30 PM | $17.50/hour
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 1:30 PM–10:00 PM | $19.00/hour

What You'll Do
- Pull materials for production and customer orders.
- Cut materials accurately according to specifications.
- Assemble, package, and prepare products for shipment as needed.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
- Assist with general warehouse and production duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, machine operation, or material handling experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequently bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Work safely in a production environment.
Equipment Used
- Hand tools
- Measuring tools
- Forklift experience is a plus (training may be provided)
