We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative for a respected Eau Claire company where this role begins as a temporary assignment—but has a clear path to something more permanent for the right person.

This is a fast-paced, problem-solving role where you’ll be the voice customers rely on when something isn’t working—and the reason they keep coming back when it is.
If you’ve worked in environments like Kwik Trip, Walmart, Walgreens, Fleet Farm, retail counters, or high-volume call settings, you already understand the pace, the people, and the pressure. This is your chance to bring that experience into a more structured, professional setting.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business customers (primarily corporate retail partners)
- Manage customer orders from entry through delivery, including updates and changes
- Communicate proactively with customers on order status, delays, or issues
- Troubleshoot problems and guide customers to solutions
- Track orders and activity using SAP and internal systems
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) to keep things moving
- Handle a high volume of calls and tasks while maintaining professionalism and accuracy

What We’re Looking For
- Customer service experience (retail, call center, front desk, or similar)
- Comfortable handling high call volume
- Strong computer skills (experience with systems like SAP is a plus, not required)

- Able to stay composed under pressure and keep conversations productive
