Job Title: Janitorial & Maintenance Worker
Location: Menomonie, WI
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $20.00/hour
Occasional Weekend Hours: Snow removal as needed
About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable, self-motivated individual to help keep facilities and grounds clean, safe, and running smoothly year-round. This is a hands-on position with a variety of tasks, so no two days look exactly the same!
What You’ll Be Doing

Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and restroom cleaning

Performing light maintenance and basic repair tasks

Changing light bulbs and using basic hand tools

Removing snow and ice from walkways and parking areas during winter months

Assisting with lawn care, trimming, and general groundskeeping in warmer seasons

Emptying trash and recycling bins

Restocking cleaning and maintenance supplies

Helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
What We’re Looking For

Previous janitorial, maintenance, or groundskeeping experience preferred

Basic knowledge of hand tools and maintenance equipment

Ability to work independently and stay on task

Reliable attendance and transportation

Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
