Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a Manufacturing Associate – Automated Production!
Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating 12-Hour Shifts ; 7am-7pm & 7pm-7am
Pay: $19/hr
We are seeking dependable and motivated Manufacturing Associates to join a growing production team. What You’ll Do:
As a Manufacturing Associate, you will help support daily production operations by working with automated equipment and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities include:

Operating and monitoring automated production and packaging equipment

Troubleshooting minor equipment issues and safely clearing jams
-
Working with robotic stacking systems, conveyors, case sealers, and stretch wrapping equipment
-
Performing quality checks and identifying product defects
-
Scanning, labeling, counting, and tracking materials accurately
-
Responding to machine alarms and production issues as needed
-
Assisting with scrap handling, recycling, and continuous improvement efforts
-
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
-
Communicating effectively with team members and shift leadership
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED required
-
Previous manufacturing or logistics experience preferred, but not required
-
Forklift experience is a plus — training may be provided

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
-
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required

Basic math and computer skills

Willingness to learn, cross-train, and grow within the company
