Shipping & Receiving Associate
Barron, WI & Almena, WI
Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
We're hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate to support warehouse and manufacturing operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and wants a stable weekday schedule with long-term potential.

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
- Move materials throughout the warehouse to support production.
- Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and receiving records using computer systems.
- Inspect products for damage and resolve shipment discrepancies.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety policies, GMPs, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous Forklift Experience
- Previous warehouse, shipping & receiving, manufacturing, and logistics experience.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, push, and pull throughout the workday.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
