INJECTION MOLDING OPERATOR

1st Shift: $17.50/hour | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
2nd Shift: $19.50/hour | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
3rd Shift: $20.00/hour | 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

Looking for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity where your production or machine operation experience can transfer? This Injection Molding Operator position offers multiple shifts and shift differentials, with $17.50–$20.00/hour depending on the shift.

You'll help support efficient, safe, and high-quality production while working with a team, completing production paperwork, performing secondary operations, and ensuring parts meet established quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Communicate with the shift leader about daily tasks and production needs.
• Review paperwork and accurately complete shift reports and route sheets.
• Perform secondary operations as instructed.
• Ensure parts meet established quality criteria.
• Gather supplies needed for your workstation.
• Report part, packaging, or operational issues to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Complete required paperwork and clean your area at the end of the shift.
• Ask questions and seek assistance when needed.
• Support other Operators as directed.

Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or injection molding experience is preferred but not required.

You may be a strong fit if you've worked as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, Manufacturing Operator, Equipment Operator, Assembly Operator, or Packaging Operator.

Experience in manufacturing or production environments can provide a strong foundation for this role, even if you haven't previously worked specifically in injection molding.

• 2nd Shift — $19.50/hour
• 3rd Shift — $20.00/hour

The position provides an opportunity to bring existing production and machine operation skills into an injection molding environment.

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds with assistance. You'll need to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, twist, and carry tools or materials throughout an 8–12 hour shift. Reliable attendance is required.
