Front Office Coordinator – Eau Claire, WI
Full-Time | $20 to $22/hr | Monday–Friday, 7:30–4:30]

The handshake, the smile, the “we've got you.” As our Front Office Coordinator, you set the tone for every applicant, associate, and client who calls or comes in, and you keep our Eau Claire office running smoothly.
We're looking for someone with high energy who takes direction well and shows initiative. If you love people, thrive on a busy day, and get a little thrill from a perfectly organized calendar, keep reading.
What You'll Do:
- Own the front desk: greet every visitor within seconds and answer a multi-line phone system like a pro
- Turn online applications, Indeed applicants, and inquiry calls into scheduled interviews
- Keep our job postings sharp, accurate, and up to date
- Clear voicemails and text messages first thing each morning so nobody waits
- Run skills evaluations and drug screens
- Help associates with paychecks, pay cards, and direct deposit questions
- Keep the office humming: invoices, supplies, verification forms, and the details that make everything else work
What You Bring:
- Customer service experience: front desk, call center, hospitality, retail, admin, or anywhere you've taken care of people
- Ability to juggle phones, walk-ins, and a keyboard at the same time without losing your cool
- Fast, accurate data entry and comfort with Microsoft Office and learning new software
- A warm, welcoming presence, even on the crazy days
- Hungry, humble, and people smart. You take initiative, own your mistakes, and read the room.
- High school diploma or GED. HR or Business coursework is a bonus, and recent grads are welcome!
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs [keep only if accurate]
