Packaging Associate
Location: Menomonie, WI
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
Pay: $17.00/hr
Are you detail-oriented and ready to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a dedicated Packager to help ensure that our products are prepared and packaged to the highest standards. This role offers stable hours, competitive pay, and an opportunity to contribute to a leading production team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Labeling & Packaging: Assist in obtaining all necessary labeling and packaging materials. Label and package products according to specifications and prepare crate tags.
- Set-Up & Documentation: Help with set-up according to the Batch Record specifications and complete any required checklists. Accurately complete Batch Records, logs, forms, and other documents in line with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Quality Checks: Perform inspections to ensure products and packages are free from damage. Maintain cleanliness and organization of collection trays.
- Product Handling: Evenly distribute products on collection trays and transfer them as needed. Ensure all products are handled safely and efficiently.
- Sanitation: Assist with the cleaning and sanitation of the work area to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
- Other Duties: Support other tasks as assigned to keep operations running smoothly.
Skills Required:
- Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with others to achieve team goals.
- English Literacy: Ability to read and write in English for accurate documentation.
- Basic Math Skills: Perform basic calculations as required in packaging and labeling processes.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing: Able to stand for long periods during the shift.
- Lifting: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitious motions.
- Temperature Tolerance: Ability to work in various temperature ranges.
- Good Hygiene: Maintain high standards of personal cleanliness and hygiene.
