Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Office Administrator for a local housing organization in the Menomonie area. This position offers steady weekday hours and a professional office environment supporting community housing programs.
Job Summary
The Office Administrator will handle a variety of administrative and accounting-related duties. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both internal staff and the public. This role includes accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P) functions as part of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative and clerical support to office staff

Process and maintain A/R and A/P transactions accurately

Prepare and file documents, correspondence, and reports

Assist with resident applications, files, and documentation as needed

Answer phones, greet visitors, and handle general inquiries

Support budgeting, recordkeeping, and compliance processes

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in business, accounting, or office administration preferred

Prior administrative or bookkeeping experience required

Familiarity with A/R and A/P procedures

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
